As part of agenda, we’ll revisit last months financial decisions and discuss zoom game night and camping
Last month our meeting experienced technical difficulties because of zoom. The secretary was delivering these announcements but with the treasurer here tonight she can deliver her report.
Treasurer Report- The current issue is that the groups accounts are tied to the past treasurer, and this creates issues for any new treasurer in trying to access certain job functions. The main solution to this would be to create a p.o. box so that identities can be confirmed easier. The cost of a p.o. box is around 80 dollars a year.
With broad group support, the treasurer will go and research exact details and create a proposal for the move to streamline treasurer position. This will be revisited at our next meeting to be voted on.
We have also agreed that the zoom game nights have not been received in the way hoped for. So it would be better to go for something outdoors that people can be involved in and fellowship with. Jonathan will take the first shift in hosting a hike this upcoming Saturday
