Jonathan: Las Vegas BBQ, scavenger hunt, and meeting is this upcoming weekend (April 19th), which is hosted by SWACYPAA II.
Jonathan(General Service Liason): Pre-conference happened, post-conference is in May.
Jonathan (SWACYPAA): The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Phoenix, registration is $20.00
Jonathan (Treasurer): “Nothing new on money.”
September (Events): We will probably be doing an event in May, possibly mini-golf/batting cages/games.
Fund-are-shit: $2.00

New Business
- We would like to set up agreement/payment plan for Jonathan. Motion approved to pay him $500 today and we will be paying portions of our next events to him as well.
- Cade took over the Facilities position
