Attended events subcommittee meeting. La Europa took place on December 14th, Clara will report on this. Next meeting there is January 11th.
SWACYPAA people would like to co-host events and collaborate on prizes for our events. August 4th is tentative date for SWACYPAA.
Yuma Kickball tournament, tentative for February 19th in Yuma, Arizona. More updates to come.

Unity/events planning event took place, came up with good ideas for Winter Formal .

Grant and Shelly are teaming up to plan unity event, this Tuesday at 6pm at Grants house. Address will be in slack. RSVP with Shelly, white elephant and gingerbread house building.
Old Business:
Winter Formal: Raffle, DJ, venue is tentatively First Baptist Church (777 S 1300 E)- just need to let them know about date. $200 to rent space from approximately 5pm-10pm. Lisa will look into getting the 22nd of January booked, if it’s not available then the 15th is fine.
If Lisa gets date locked down, that information will be in slack so we can start announcing it.
$50 budget for décor.
$450 total budget.
