  • Campsite àt Huntsville?
  • (campsite was not reserved by this week like previously discussed but going to move forward with it anyways)
  • Field day: august 13th through 15th?
  • September 17th-19th is women’s retreat
  • September 24th to 26th is off limits
  • Field day events:
    • Kickball
    • Wheelbarrow races
    • 3 legged race
    • Ice blocking
    • Water balloons
    • Committee to clean up after
    • Corn hold
    • Volley ball or batmitten
    • 5 stations people in charge of each station
    • Kids stations
    • Reach out to treatment centers
    • Hot dog eating contest?
    • Will need cones, other equipment
    • Speaker to carry the message
    • Need a tent or canopy, or rent pavilion
  • Forest will find space for field day
  • Murray park
  • Saturday afternoon
    • Start at 2pm
    • Activities at 2:15p
    • Food at 5
    • Speaker at 5:30
    • End at 6:30
  • July 31st, karaoke and open mic
  • Have sign up list
  • Sell drinks (surplus in forest’s garage
  • Suggested donations
  • Talent show
  • Kole will contact karaoke people
  • Trevin will contact alano club with use of the space
  • Pre-reg at July and august events for campout in September
  • Open positions à chris in charge of flyers
