Got ahold of drum circle lady, she is available Dec. 4th at 5:30pm- $10 suggested donation.

Fellowship hall is available.
$100 required to hold space for fellowship hall.
$100 budget for food.
Members can begin to announce this event at meetings.
Members should plan on attending early to set up.
Trevin is purchasing food for event.
James is creating a flyer posting it online, Matt is printing it.
Events committee SALTYPAA meeting on Nov. 28th at 12pm.

Events chair would like to plan winter formal.
