Pre-meeting programs committee (1030)
Kelby, Taylor, Christina, and Brian in attendance. Dan, Tom, Bailey, Spencer, and Mark arrive at 1100.
Discussion of creating an Emcee for the conference.
Motion to create the position of Emcee by Taylor; seconded Christina, unanimous (yay)
Taylor is nominated for position by Brian, seconded Kelby; unanimous (yay)
Discussion surrounding when to begin the event on Friday night; discussion of greeters/welcome tent/registration tent for people to speak to upon arrival. How do we confirm pre-registrations? At the welcome table we can inform people of the goings-on at the conference. Is someone going to have cell service to use a square to register people upon arrival?

-Q+A panel grieving/loss
-spiritual desert
Kelby brings up importance of executing whatever is on the itinerary.

Discussion of reaching out to all committee members regarding topic meetings for our meeting marathons. Brainstorming for following week, committee members will sign up for chairing said meetings at next committee meeting.
Discussion of keeping meeting topics relevant to the needs of the newcomer/younger member of AA.

Moved all the google docs relevant to the conference onto the SALTYPAAtreasury@gmail.com account. Financial information kept separately. Asks committee members to reach out to any YPAA fellowships with whom we may have connections.
