We absolutely need to do a raffle event, the problem though is no soliciting and few options for good items to win. Could possibly do a randomized white elephant where using a small budget we get objects people wouldnt want to win and a few big ticket items. then people pay for the chance to win something great or walk away dollar store junk. 5 or 10 dollars to participate. Must do a 50/50 raffle
Agree that people who participate in the potluck do not get asked for a suggested donation
