Look at alternative venues, inexpensive is best. $200 is over-budget.

Motion to put Clara in charge of sourcing venues for all our future events, including this pancake breakfast and bring it to next meeting.

Many service positions available, we can host and official mid-year elections at a future meeting.
Announcing this at meetings can be useful to spread the word.
